Terms and Conditions

Deposits are required for larger pieces and depending on the artist, sometimes seeing drawings in advance. The deposit secures your time slot and a drawing fee to prepare for your appointment. The deposit does not go toward the final cost of the tattoo. This deposit is non-refundable.

Custom drawings/artwork are not given out prior to your appointment. They can be seen day of and we will set aside a small amount of time for minor changes. If large adjustments need to be made, the appointment will need to be rescheduled. Any design changes need to be communicated at least 48 hours before your appointment.

If you need to reschedule, your appointment can be rescheduled once without a fee as long as you reach out at least 48 hours in advance. If your appointment required a deposit and you need to reschedule, you must contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment. If it is less than 48 hours in advance, your deposit will be forfeited. If your appointment did not require a deposit, please have the courtesy to let us know at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellations will result in forfeiture of your deposit. If you do need to cancel, please let me know as soon as possible.

Group Tattoo Scheduling and Rules

If you would like to schedule a tattoo as a group (3 or more people) please include the following in your appointment request:

Each person getting tattooed must be included in the same email
- Please communicate group tattoo details in one email chain. Multiple email chains for one group will not be accepted.
Design ideas and reference images
Location of the tattoo and size (approximately in inches)
If you want your tattoo to be linework only, shaded, or color

Rules for group scheduling:

No day of design changes. (minor adjustments can be made on the day of your appointment).
Tattoos must be small/simple (1-3 inches and minimal detail) unless a whole day is booked.
- If you are unsure about needing to book a full day, we will determine how much time will be needed based on design ideas, size, and reference images.
All designs must be determined at least 1 week prior to the scheduled appointment.
There is no group rate.
